Our Weekly Men’s Groups encourage DEFENDERS to develop and maintain physically healthy routines that will benefit our Men and their families. Physically healthy Men and families are better equipped to navigate the terrain of the new and uncertain world we live in and better able to navigate spiritual and natural challenges.

In addition to monthly DEFENDERS Physical Activities, DEFENDERS also aims to provide our members with exclusive physical health resources/information to help maximize the physical health of each Man so that he is better empowered to lead and DEFEND!
Monthly DEFENDERS Physical Activity
Every part of a Man’s life is interconnected. DEFENDERS knows that a Man’s body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and that how it is cared for affects the other areas of his life—especially his spiritual and soulical health. We encourage DEFENDERS to participate in our monthly DEFENDERS Physical Activity and develop healthy lifestyles and regimens.
