The DEFENDERS Manbook is the ultimate manual on Manhood! Released in 12 quarterly volumes across three, year-long Cycles, this manual will catapult your journey to maximized biblical manhood and leadership! It is designed to help each man arrive at a place of strong, Christian maturity and leadership within a three-year time span! Although the Manbook is best used in the context of a DEFENDERS Men’s Group (DEFENDERMen.org), it is also a VERY useful, powerful manual for personal use! Weekly Men’s Groups

Our weekly Men’s Groups are the lifeblood of DEFENDERS. They are times of fellowship, Bible study, and life- and family-improving information. Our DEFENDERS curriculum challenges and encourages our MEN to lead and DEFEND in a biblically WHOLISTIC way!

Outings

From monthly social gatherings to DEFENDERS physical activities and occasional retreats, our DEFENDERS outings are designed to grow relationships with our brothers in Christ and provide fun and physically engaging outlets from our busy (and often stressful) lives!

Resources

We all need more resources to properly and biblically DEFEND our families, communities, and Nation.
